Who we are

I started Hooked On Salmon because I wanted really good salmon in my freezer without having to search for it every time. Salmon freezers exceptionally well and, when slowly defrosted, keeps its beautiful flavour, colour and texture. It makes family dinners easier, weekends away, works wonderfully when friends come over, and is always useful to have on hand. So i put together generous salmon reserves that can be delivered straight to your door.

My trusted supplier has more than 25 years experience in the salmon business and supplies boutique hotels, B&Bs and retailers. Salmon is delicious, nutrient-dense and wonderfully versatile.

I am addicted to the trout and salmon ribbons. For someone on a strict new eating regime,it's so east to take out a packet each morning, so by lunch time it's defrosted, whip up a quick salad and voila...lunch! Bron s service is brilliant too. Highly recommend!
